The Product Chilliz Chicken Curry is a base sauce for making a traditional Malay / Indian Chicken Curry and is almost as good as that produced by the little curry shops in Little India regions of Malaysian and Singapore. Its simply a matter of adding chicken, coconut milk and possibly potatoe, tomatoe, fresh chillis and / or curry leaves. The Product S&B,s Tasty Curry Sauce Mix is basically a roux which you break up into a stew to add curry flavor. These are particularly common in Japanese style curries and curry sauces from English fish and chip shops. This particular brand is Japanese and comes in three different categories, Mild, Medium hot and Hot.
